30′ Mainship, electrical trouble, Ingram Bay – Aug 16, 2025

1345 Saturday 8/16/25 With two missions currently underway, SPSR gets a third call from NCSO that a 30′ Mainship also located in Ingram Bay was having electrical problems and needed assistance. SPSR contacts the Mainship Captain, determines that they are not in danger, and asks them to deploy and anchor and SPSR would be there to help ASAP. Rescue III completes it prior mission with the VIking and returns to the Mainship with two aboard where indicated by NCSO. SPSR is unable to help correct the electrical issue and then tows the Mainship to the owner’s pier near Shell Landing. DS Total time 1.5 Hrs. SPSR……”there when needed”
